“In the beginning of the first photo session, I was a bit shy. I was quickly impressed with the proposed way of working however: The idea that I would be moving constantly. It only took me a couple of minutes to feel comfortable. It might seem peculiar, but in a way, being photographed made me feel less ‘naked’ and more real as a person, because there was no judgment about what I said or did. Above all, it felt very honest. Through this way of working, the photo shoot gave me the freedom to be myself.”
